Case Study: GravyNY

Gravy opened in 2011 in the Flatiron section of New York City. A Southern inspired, Chef driven concept, we were tasked with building their brand from the ground up. It started with their logo, website, menu design, opening strategy and culminated with a successful opening and ongoing business. The striking interior, designed by Niels Guldager of Studio CMP enhances the history and character of the original space.
